Crew Chest is record-keeping and coordination software for groups that save together. It helps a crew track contributions, payout turns, ideas, votes and history.

Crew Chest does not hold or transfer your crew contributions or payouts. Your crew moves the money directly using its own accounts; Crew Chest keeps the shared record, decisions and history organized.

• Agreeing on the contribution amount, schedule and payout order.
• Actually transferring money between members using their own accounts.
• Recording what happened accurately and promptly.
• Resolving disputes between members. Crew Chest is not a party to your arrangement.

Crew Chest is not a bank, money transmitter, payment service, lender or financial adviser, and does not guarantee that any member will contribute or that any payout will be made.

You are responsible for your account credentials. Within a crew, a Crew Captain manages the schedule, invitations and roles; a Crew Member contributes and votes; an Auditor can read the crew's records and export a statement but cannot change anything.

• Creating a crew, joining a crew and taking part in your crew's activity does not require a subscription. Crew Chest does not charge a recurring membership fee.
• Crew Chest may apply clearly disclosed service or payment-related charges to specific financial transactions.
• Any applicable charge is shown to you in full — amount, charge and total — before you authorize the transaction, and again on your receipt.
• No charge is ever silently deducted from your crew's wallet.

Do not use Crew Chest to record unlawful activity, to impersonate another person, or to attempt to access another crew's records.

The software is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may change. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
