Crew Chest does not hold or transfer your crew contributions or payouts. Your crew moves the money directly using its own accounts; Crew Chest keeps the shared record, decisions and history organized.

Crew Chest does not charge a subscription. Where a charge applies to a financial transaction it is disclosed before you authorize that transaction.

• Account details you provide: email address, display name and password credentials.
• An optional profile picture, illustrated preset or emoji you choose.
• Crew activity you or your crew record: contributions, payout turns, ideas, votes, approvals, exits and removals, plus the timestamps and member identities attached to them.
• Proof-of-transfer images a member uploads to evidence a payment they made from their own account.
• Applicable transaction and fee records. CrewChest does not offer subscription pricing.

Crew activity is recorded so your crew has one shared, reviewable history instead of relying on memory or a group chat. Records are visible to the members of that crew, according to their role.

Crew Chest does not hold or move crew contributions or payouts. Members transfer money using their own accounts and record the activity in the app. Financial capabilities in development are not live services. Do not submit card credentials or banking passwords through this public website.

When you send a message through the Contact & Feedback form, the name, email address and message you provide are emailed to the Crew Chest team. That information is used only to read, review and reply to your inquiry, support request or product suggestion. It is not stored in your crew's records and is not used for marketing.

• You can update your display name and profile picture at any time.
• You can leave a crew through the exit process, which the crew records.
• You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be closed. Records that belong to a crew's shared financial history may be retained for that crew's audit trail.
